GH Series

Wattage range: 300 watt

How to choose within the GH series

Products in this series share the same build and finish, so the decision comes down to the socket your car uses and the beam you need. Confirm the socket on your vehicle page first, then pick the matching product below — every listing shows the models we have verified it against. All Gear Hub products are sold through Amazon and Flipkart, while fitment advice and warranty support come directly from our team in India.

About the GH series

GH is the Gear Hub series built on the 300 watt lighting platform. It is aimed at drivers who spend real time on unlit highways, rural roads and long night runs, where the extra output translates into seeing further ahead rather than simply looking brighter from outside.

What defines the series

  • A common 300 watt platform across the range.
  • Direct socket replacement into the existing bulb holder — no cutting, no drilling.
  • A larger cooling assembly than the compact series, which is what sustains the higher output.
  • Covered by Gear Hub warranty, with claims handled by our support team in India.

Socket, wattage, colour temperature and warranty are listed on each product page. Read those figures for the specific bulb rather than assuming they are the same across the series.

Who the GH series suits

Choose GH if a large share of your driving is at night on roads without street lighting, or if you have already tried an entry-level LED and want more reach. The trade-off is physical: a higher-output bulb carries a bigger heatsink or fan, so it needs more room behind the headlamp housing.

Check clearance before you order

Take the dust cap off and look at how much depth you actually have behind the bulb. Cars with deep rubber boots or a tight bulkhead may not take the larger assembly, and in that case the compact GA series is the right answer rather than forcing a fit. If you are unsure, send us your model, year and variant and we will tell you which series suits.

Choosing within the series

Start with the socket — commonly H4, H7, H11, H19 or 9012/HIR2 on cars sold in India — then confirm the beam position and the year range on the vehicle page for your model. Replace bulbs in pairs, and register your warranty here after buying from our Amazon or Flipkart storefront.

        Frequently asked questions

Will GH series bulbs fit any car?

Only where the socket matches and there is enough depth behind the headlamp housing for the larger cooling assembly. Check clearance with the dust cap off before ordering; if space is tight, the compact GA series is the better choice.

What is the difference between the GH and GA series?

GH is built on the 300 watt platform for maximum reach; GA is the compact 160 watt platform for tight factory housings. Choose on space available and how much you drive unlit roads.

Do brighter bulbs dazzle oncoming traffic?

Not if the bulb is seated correctly and your headlamp aim is set properly. A bulb that is rotated or not fully home puts the light source away from the reflector focus, which is what causes glare.

Where do I buy GH series products?

Through our official Amazon and Flipkart storefronts, linked from every product page on this site.
