## Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.
## Delivery timelines
Metro cities receive orders in 2 to 3 working days. Tier 2 cities take 3 to 5 working days. Remote locations take 5 to 7 working days.
## Charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery orders carry a nominal handling fee shown at checkout.
## Tracking
You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once your order is handed to the courier.
